Returns Policy
The online store www.emw.gr gives you the option of returning and replacing the products you have purchased. Excluded are vehicles that are type approved for license plate issuance by the traffic police or the Ministry of Transport.
The products to be returned must be in excellent condition, unused, in their packaging, without damage to the tires, etc. and must have all the accompanying documents such as a retail receipt.
Emw is entitled to deduct from the money it will refund to you any amount corresponding to damage or loss of value of the Product we supplied you in accordance with the provisions of consumer protection legislation.
Emw will refund you within 14 days from the date it receives the returned products.
Before returning the products, you should send us an e-mail at info@emw.gr describing the return request and you will receive our reply.
