Current legislation

Current legislation has made the jump to electric 125cc two-wheelers easier than ever by recognizing driving experience across different categories. To ride legally, you must either hold a dedicated motorcycle license (A1 or above) or meet specific "equivalence" criteria. For established drivers (age 27+) with six years of experience on a Category B license, a brief five-session practical training is the only requirement to obtain the "121" endorsement. Furthermore, for those 27 or older who have maintained both car and moped permits for over four years, the law grants full riding privileges for this category without the need for a new license card.
